To settle disputes with a moving company of the Bundesverband Möbelspedition und Logistik (AMÖ) e. V., consumers can contact the Schlichtungsstelle Umzug.
Conciliation is possible in the following areas: removal, new furniture transport, general transport, storage, self-storage and other services related to removals.
